The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On State Procurement” (re space branch)

The bill (Reg. No. 3227) suggests not apply the scope of the Law “On State Procurement” if “measures on scientific research, development, production and testing of rocket-and-space equipment” are the procurement items.

It was noted that the procedure of purchase of goods, works and services determined by the Law “On State Procurement” is inefficient for space industry.
